Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Samarialeah.com! 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange for store credit, provided the return meets the conditions outlined in our 'Exchange Policy'. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns, and only one exchange is allowed per purchase. 

Exchange Process

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for exchange or store credit only. After this period, your order will no longer be eligible.

To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused (unworn and unwashed)

  • In original packaging

  • All hang tags and labels must be attached

  • Accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or order number

How to Initiate an Exchange:
To start an exchange, please email us at exchanges@samarialeah.com with your Name, Order number and Reason for exchange. A team member will notify you of the estimated turnaround time for your exchange based on the item.

Once we receive your item back, the exchange process will be initiated and you will be notified via email when your exchange has been re-shipped. 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@samarialeah.com within this timeframe.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted, including for pre-orders and made-to-order items.

Please note that pre-orders and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the 24-hour window has passed.

Resale

Our products are not authorized for resale. We do not accept for exchange any item purchased from a third party. Any attempt to exchange an item not purchased directly from us will render our exchange policy void.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify our Exchange Policy at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date the policy was last revised. It is your responsibility remain apprised of our current Exchange Policy. Your purchase after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Exchange Policy.
