Exchange Policy

Please be sure to include: Your Name, Email, Phone, Order Number, Size you would like to exchange for.

Thank you for shopping at Samaria Leah LLC (“Samaria Leah”). If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you may exchange for store credit only so long as you comply with our Exchange Policy. We do not offer refunds nor returns. We only allow (1) exchange per purchase. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify our Exchange Policy at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date the policy was last revised. It is your responsibility remain apprised of our current Exchange Policy. Your purchase after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Exchange Policy.

Exchange Process

You have 30 days from the time of delivery to exchange an item to us for exchange or store credit only. If later than 30 days a late fee of $50 will be charged. If 60 days have passed we will not accept an item for exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the purchased item must be unused (unworn and unwashed), still in its original packaging and still have all hang tags and labels attached. A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase including the order number must accompany the exchange to be eligible for a credit or exchange.

Once we have received your item, we will let send you an email acknowledging that we’ve received the item that you exchanged and that we are evaluating if it is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and whether it meets our other requirements for exchange. We will email you about the status of your exchange when we finish our inspection.

Resale

Our products are not authorized for resale. We do not accept for exchange any item purchased from a third party. Any attempt to exchange an item not purchased directly from us will render our exchange policy void.

Exchanges

We only exchange items for a different size unless an exception is made for other reasons. If you need to exchange it for the same item or the same item in a different size, send us an email at exchanges@samarialeah.com and send the exchange item to us at our shipping address below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself, herself, themselves, we will issue a store credit to the gift giver and he, she, them will find out about your exchange.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, to cancel an order please contact us at support@samarialeah.com. After 24 hours we DO NOT allow cancellations.

Exchange Shipping

To exchange your product for credit or exchange you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. You are encouraged to ship your exchange using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
