Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing Times

We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Please allow 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing ready-to-ship items. During peak or holiday periods, processing may take 7–10 business days.

For pre-orders and made-to-order items, estimated turnaround times are listed on each product page.

Orders with multiple items will ship together unless a split shipment is requested. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

Delivery typically occurs within 7 business days after processing.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery.

If a package is unclaimed or refused, it may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused packages.

Delays

Samaria Leah is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Mis-delivered Packages

If your package is lost or mis-delivered, we may initiate an investigation or file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the item is unavailable.

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses or for packages returned due to address errors.
