Below are answers to our most commonly asked questions regarding order processing, pre-orders, shipping, exchanges, and customer support.

Processing & Shipping
Ready-to-ship items require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping method selected at checkout does not override processing times.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are purchased before they are in stock. Estimated shipping timelines are listed in the product description at the time of purchase.

Orders With Multiple Items
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together once all items are ready. Split shipment requests can be emailed to support. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Tracking Updates
Tracking is emailed once your order is prepared for shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking to update after shipment confirmation.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or issued store credit in accordance with our return policy. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Delivered Packages
If your package says delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the carrier first. Then contact support for next steps.
